Our Roots
Real + Raw is a wellness and lifestyle brand born from the heart of our family’s journey. Founded by Josh and Ashley Ross, our story began with a simple mission: to inspire and empower others to embrace a health-conscious lifestyle through whole food nutrition. Originally from Dallas, Texas, we relocated to the stunning Florida panhandle in 2021, bringing with us a deep commitment to health and community.
Our vision for Real + Raw emerged from our own experiences—transformative, holistic approaches to wellness that brought healing and vitality to our lives. With that inspiration, we set out to create a space that champions nutrition as the foundation for well-being, fostering a community rooted in health and mindful living.
Our family plays an essential role in our faith-driven business. Homeschooling has allowed us to grow closer and work side by side, making Real + Raw a true family endeavor. Each product we offer is carefully chosen to reflect the life we cherish on the Emerald Coast. We aim to ensure every guest not only makes nourishing choices but leaves with their heart full and spirit lifted.
